Today we took the girls on a ride up Baesore Road on their little snowmobiles. When we stopped at the Summit to take a break, we passed a group of jeepers. They commented on how cute the little girls looked on their little snowmobiles. Then they asked why there were so many little kids passing through the Summit that day. We replied simply that they were on their way to a birthday party. The jeepers' mouths all dropped. It was then that we realized.... only in the mountains does it seem even half way normal to have a kid's birthday celebration up in the hills and on snowmobiles!!
Despite the alleged lunacy.... the kids had a great day of racing around on their little sleds, riding in the Razor and celebrating a friend!
