Obviously, Adalie and I needed a distraction and quick! So what could be better than going to pick out Birthday cake! Yes, that is right... amidst all this, our Baby, our Adie Bear is turning 3!! Lord have mercy on me....
This is the one! Although she initially gravitated toward the chocolate (she is her Amma's granddaughter) the rainbow sprinkle won out.
And of course, what makes any girl feel better?? A cookie! Funny, the cookie lady even gave Mommy one - must have still been red-faced!
And a promise to go back to see Sister at lunch time helped a bit too! This is Josiah with her awesome Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. G.
Last but not least, a snooze, a cuddle with our girl. Both worn out to the core. The sweetest girls around. We are so very lucky!
